NoPaperForms Solutions Limited was incorporated on 8 February 2017 and is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company in May 2025. It serves customers across three focus regions: India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Meritto is a product of NoPaperForms Solutions Limited, not a separate company. NoPaperForms is the company; Meritto® is its Operating System for Student Enrollments, Collexo® its Operating System for Fee Collections and Payments, and Mio AI™ the agentic AI layer across both. They run on one unified platform and one student record rather than as separate products stitched together.

It can, and many did before purpose-built systems existed. But enrollment is high-volume, seasonal and cohort-driven, and it ends in a fee payment rather than a signed contract. Sales CRMs are built for long, low-volume deal cycles, so institutions end up bending the tool to fit admissions and reconciling payments by hand. Building vertically means the workflows, the data model and the reporting match how institutions already operate.

The platform is modular. Institutions can begin with a single product or module — commonly Education CRM® — and add others as they grow, or adopt the full suite from the outset, matching the platform to their requirements, operational scale and digital maturity. Whichever route they take, the modules run on one unified platform and one student record, so nothing needs reconciling later.

Collexo earns software subscription, transaction-based revenue, and Pixi issuance and interchange. Mio AI earns software subscription and consumption-based revenue. Each product serves the same institutional customer, so a single relationship can generate revenue across all three.

No. Mio AI runs on the systems of record Meritto and Collexo already maintain, so its agents work with a student’s programme of interest, enrollment stage, prior interactions and supported financial information rather than treating every conversation as new. Because payments sit on the same record as enrollment, the platform sees outcomes and not just activity — which is what makes the output specific to an institution instead of generic.

No. NoPaperForms acts as the software and technology provider on top of licensed payment partners and third-party gateways. Collexo Payment Cloud connects fee rules, receipts, student records, payment channels, settlements and finance reporting, while the underlying payment licences sit with regulated partners. Pixi is a co-branded prepaid payment instrument issued by Transcorp International Limited, an RBI-licensed Prepaid Payment Instruments issuer, with NoPaperForms as the co-branding and technology partner.

Universities and colleges, Pre-K and K-12 schools, coaching and test-preparation institutes, EdTech providers, education consultants and entrance examination bodies — any educational organisation managing student enquiries, applications, admissions and fee payments at volume, across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

The platform is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified and GDPR aligned, and operates within India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework. Controls include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, SSO and MFA, audit logging, and a multi-tenant architecture in which each institution’s environment is kept separate.
